Greenback pares back losses before tie-breaking July`s Non-farm payrolls report

GBP Sterling enjoyed a modest boost after yesterday`s Bank of England announcements, but has pared back those gains overnight. Following the Monetary Policy Committee leaving rates unchanged, and signalling it was only considering negative rates as a last-ditch option should a future recovery stall, Andrew Bailey gave a press conference to media. On negative rates, the Bank of England Governor said they were `part of our toolbox`, but there were no present plans for their use.
